About the role
- Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules using a variety of design tools and formats, tailored to different learning styles and needs.
- Coordinate and oversee learning programs, ensuring smooth delivery and effective participant engagement.
- Develop curriculum and design role-based programs to support specific job functions and career development.
- Facilitate learning activities (ILT, VLT, OLT), ensuring clarity, interactivity, and engagement.
- Ensure all programs align with organizational culture, values, leadership expectations, and strategic priorities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep programs current and competitive.
- Partner with People & Culture teams, department leaders, and managers to identify skill gaps and devise strategies to elevate employee capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of training initiatives.
- Support employee development through onboarding, leadership development, and skill-building programs for all levels.
- Develop metrics and monitor impact of L&D activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Collect feedback and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies at scale.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning design platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
