About the role

  • Develops and deepens relationships with advisors and other financial intermediaries to drive sales and retention of investment products.
  • Supports medium to high value clients through a balanced mix of virtual engagement and in person field activity.
  • Represents Vanguard mutual funds and ETFs to advisors and financial planning firms.
  • Achieves established sales, asset growth, and retention goals while operating in alignment with Vanguard’s Code of Ethics.
  • Implements a strategic territory and sales plan to identify, develop, and grow high‑quality intermediary relationships.
  • Drives sales results by increasing awareness of Vanguard’s investment products, solutions, and services.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of related professional experience, including at least one year in a sales or client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Progress toward professional designations such as MBA, CFA, or CIM preferred.
