About the role

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Lead end-to-end product development: discovery, delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement
Translate AI/ML-driven capabilities into measurable product outcomes
Serve as the voice of the customer, articulating the “why” behind requirements to internal teams and client stakeholders
Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and strategy teams to ensure quality and value
Own project planning, sprint cadence, and delivery timelines
Manage ceremonies, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets
Run checkpoints and milestone reviews with measurable deliverables
Track progress via burndown/burnup charts, backlog grooming, and velocity reporting
Ensure clear communication and proactive stakeholder management, including progress reporting and escalation handling
Support deployment, hypercare, and long-term continuous improvement phases
Help deliver an enterprise-grade AI-enabled platform that brings data science, optimization, and digital experience together

5+ years in product ownership, product management, or a hybrid PM/PO role
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, artifacts, and ceremonies
Experience leading technical delivery teams in a consulting or client-facing environment
Proven ability to manage roadmaps and project plans simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex digital products with measurable business impact
Advanced Conversational English Level
Experience with AI/ML-driven platforms (e.g., optimization models, data pipelines, ML integration) (nice to have)
Familiarity with modern architectures and stacks (React, Python/FastAPI, GCP) (nice to have)
Hands-on experience in highly technical or data-heavy environments (nice to have)
Formal training or certification in Agile or project management (e.g., CSM, PMP) (nice to have)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (nice to have)
