About the role

Lead full lifecycle software and product development projects, from initial requirements through design, implementation, and launch.
Partner with engineering and product teams to define scope, roadmap, and delivery milestones.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project plans.
Provide technical oversight by leveraging your software development background to guide design and implementation decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, product management, QA, operations, and design.
Drive Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and optimize workflows for efficiency and clarity.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
Deliver consistent reporting and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Support projects involving AI services (e.g., data-driven applications, large language models, model integration) when applicable.

4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or related roles.
Strong background in software development (hands-on experience as a developer, engineer, or technical lead).
Proven track record in product development, working closely with product teams to launch software products.
Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across technical and business teams, translating requirements between stakeholders.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred: Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Preferred: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and services is a major plus but not required.
Preferred: Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are an advantage.
