About the role
- Develop, maintain, and expand a database of prospects that meet current and future hiring needs
- Maintain a high-level understanding of Valtech’s value proposition, differentiators, goals, technologies, and client success stories
- Partner with Recruiters, Talent Partners, delivery leads, and hiring managers to become a trusted source for quality candidates
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines across priority disciplines and geographies aligned to workforce plans
- Own candidate outreach and engagement using inclusive, personalized messaging to strengthen employer brand
- Build talent pipelines for Technology, Delivery, and Creative practices and engage exceptional talent
- Create and own best practices around sourcing talented individuals
- Provide timely updates and collaborate effectively within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure high-quality data and candidate experience
- Leverage market insights, data, and creative sourcing methods to solve hiring problems and improve outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proficient English and Portuguese communication skills
- Advanced Boolean searching skills
- Ability to effectively engage with people and conduct candidate outreach
- Drive to succeed and grow
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to evolving priorities and stakeholder needs
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- (Nice to have) 4-year degree
- (Nice to have) Understanding of enterprise IT concepts and emerging technology
- (Nice to have) Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- (Nice to have) Spanish speaking skills
- (Nice to have) Experience in IT consulting or related industry
- (Nice to have) Agency/digital media hiring experience
