About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and expand a database of prospects that meet current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of Valtech’s value proposition, differentiators, goals, technologies, and client success stories
  • Partner with Recruiters, Talent Partners, delivery leads, and hiring managers to become a trusted source for quality candidates
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines across priority disciplines and geographies aligned to workforce plans
  • Own candidate outreach and engagement using inclusive, personalized messaging to strengthen employer brand
  • Build talent pipelines for Technology, Delivery, and Creative practices and engage exceptional talent
  • Create and own best practices around sourcing talented individuals
  • Provide timely updates and collaborate effectively within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure high-quality data and candidate experience
  • Leverage market insights, data, and creative sourcing methods to solve hiring problems and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficient English and Portuguese communication skills
  • Advanced Boolean searching skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with people and conduct candidate outreach
  • Drive to succeed and grow
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to evolving priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • (Nice to have) 4-year degree
  • (Nice to have) Understanding of enterprise IT concepts and emerging technology
  • (Nice to have) Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • (Nice to have) Spanish speaking skills
  • (Nice to have) Experience in IT consulting or related industry
  • (Nice to have) Agency/digital media hiring experience
