About the role
- Lead and direct project teams and run multiple large complex projects from inception to completion
- Directing and coordinating all resources throughout the lifecycle of the projects
- Achieve predetermined objectives of scope, quality, time, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Daily coordination of all aspects of the project
- Act as the communications link between the project teams and Program Leaders
- Completing projects with accuracy while monitoring project performance
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables
- Technical and analytical guidance to project team
- Produce program-level status reports working with Program Manager North American Operations
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in Project Management or Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management
- Required Travel – 40%, can fluctuate depending on Project load
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and concepts
- Displays strong organizational, critical thinking, and team building skills
- Proficient in managing all aspects of the project management life cycle
- Ability to multi-task, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change
- Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project)
- Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
