Engineer

• This position is responsible for structural analysis and design of utility products to be quoted and fabricated.
• The Project Engineer is responsible to support information for ($2M+) large projects, and to work independently and make technical decisions for small, medium and large projects.
• Independently analyze and design products by Finite Element Method (IMPAX design program) and other structural design software taking into consideration both public safety, manufacturability, and minimum cost balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Interpret customer specifications, customer needs, and market/sales needs.
• Communicate engineering data to the customer and others.
• Support the presentations of steel poles in sales presentations and meetings.
• Recommend changes in design criteria, analysis methods, drafting procedures, and developing new methods and procedures when appropriate.
• Perform aggressive structural designs to be able to design lowest weight / most cost-effective structure (that meets all code and specification requirements) to support competitive bid situation.

Civil/Structural Project Engineer

Designer

• Review and interpret customer contract drawings, specifications, and order instructions
• Process customer orders into accurate production and customer submittal drawings
• Investigate and analyze design issues and determine required changes or corrections
• Prepare sketches, drawings, and supporting documentation for manufacturing and internal teams

Design Drafter

QA Engineer

• Support and continuously improve the supplier-related elements of the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison between suppliers, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations when supplier-related quality issues impact product or process performance.
• Lead supplier nonconformance investigations using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and statistical tools as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and verify supplier corrective and preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA) and ensure sustained effectiveness.
• Plan, conduct, and support supplier audits and assessments for supplier qualification, development, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Support supplier selection and onboarding by assessing quality system maturity, risk, and compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Drive APQP and PPAP activities, including review and approval of PFMEAs, control plans, process flow diagrams, capability studies, gage R&R, SPC, and part layouts.
• Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure quality requirements, CTQs, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and communicated for new and existing products.
• Lead or participate in supplier risk assessments for new product introductions and design or process changes.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and KPIs (e.g., PPM, on-time delivery, PPAP performance, audit results) and communicate trends, risks, and improvement plans.
• Identify and execute opportunities to reduce cost of poor quality, including scrap, rework, returns, and inefficiencies in the supply chain.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits by providing objective evidence and driving timely closure of findings.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional communication; influence decisions using data, facts, and sound quality principles.
• Prepare clear written and verbal communication, including reports, presentations, and supplier feedback.

Supplier Quality Engineer

Software Engineer

• This position reports to the IT Manager, CRM and has no direct or indirect reports. No travel requirements for this role.
• Full stack Iron Python developer and responsible for delivering complete technology solutions which may include configuration, business/logic layer code, front end UI and code deployment in SAP CPQ Cloud (previously known as Callidus CPQ).
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to produce technology solutions for prioritized business problems.
• Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes.
• Experience with performance tuning of SAP CPQ Cloud for business needs.
• Transform requirements and specifications into high functioning technology solutions.

IT Business Analyst

• This position is accountable for promoting a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.
• Responsible for administering general safety policies and procedures to be followed by the Company in compliance with the Corporate safety policy manual, local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
• Serves as the site’s initial point of contact with governmental regulatory agencies on matters related to health and safety.
• Leads the implementation and maintenance of health and safety risk assessment tools designed to identify, prioritize and control exposures to hazards that can result in harm.
• Leads the creation of annual, site-specific health and safety targets and objectives (SBO Plan) for the site in order to measurably reduce exposure to the site’s most significant health and safety risks.
• Create and maintain periodic reports to management detailing the site’s performance on key leading and lagging metrics.
• Identifies action-based health and safety goals for site leadership team members and supervisors to support achievement of site-specific targets and objectives.

EHS Manager

Systems Engineer

• This Individual Contributor position is accountable for the direction and development of all new system improvements and maintenance of current systems for the drafting department
• Providing system and programming support, such as trouble-shooting, testing and assisting the IT Department with the implementation of newly developed drafting programs and updates
• Identification of drafting system improvement opportunities to increase output, reduce redundant processes or improve error-proofing.
• Report to the VP of Engineering and have no direct or indirect reports
• Some travel is required (up to 15%) both international and domestic
