About the role
- Implement and adapt the HQ global marketing plan for the 3 brands (Valmont, l'Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane By Valmont) to the local market
- Plan, implement and monitor all marketing activities for perfumeries, beauty institutes and hotels
- Ensure B2B clients have up-to-date content for their digital communication channels in line with CI
- Create and coordinate marketing materials (print & digital): mailers, newsletters, sales sheets, presentations
- Develop annual promotion plans for clients according to the global marketing calendar and client specificities
- Create sales materials for Sales Representatives for new product launches
- Organise, implement and coordinate masterclasses and in-store/institute animations
- Allocate annual budget based on launch periods and track expenses
- Brief and steer agencies and service providers (freelance graphic designers, printers etc.)
- Translate diverse marketing materials from French into English
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Trade Marketing in cosmetics industry
- Bachelor’s degree desirable (Marketing); Master in Marketing and Luxury Retail/Fashion or similar (desired)
- English C1 and French proficiency
- Able to travel
- Expertise in Microsoft Office
- Translation skills: translate marketing materials from French into English
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking
- Highly collaborative; team-oriented
- Ability to manage change and clarify priorities
- Ability to implement fresh ideas that provide solutions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment requiring high degree of multi-tasking and pro-active organizational skills
