About the role
- Own and drive product positioning and competitive analysis
- Research and develop product positioning and competitive analysis across the CCM landscape
- Create packaging and bundles for configurable solution accelerators in partnership with Product
- Develop product voice and market positioning messaging
- Work with Finance, Sales, and Product to set pricing aligned to product value and user success
- Partner with Product, Alliances, and Sales to understand audience pain points and customer journeys
- Perform hands-on product demonstrations and provide deep technical understanding in regulated markets
- Create content and collateral individually and with cross-functional teams
- Serve as resident specialist for competitive analysis; gather intelligence via primary and secondary methods
- Analyze findings and develop Elixir’s competitive positioning and messaging
- Collaborate with demand generation and partner lead generation programs to obtain market share
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations on Go to Market activities and tech stack growth
- Support enablement needs and develop sales/partner enablement collateral
- Communicate product announcements, milestones, achievements, and releases internally and to customers/partners
- Research and develop configurable solution accelerator definitions, packaging, bundling and connector/integration strategy
- Position Elixir as market thought leaders via content, analyst reports, webinars, events, and keynotes
- Assist with product launches, demonstrations, partner/customer conferences, and planning sessions
- Champion client testimonials and customer success stories to showcase client impact
- Engage with customers and industry influencers to understand current and future needs
- Embrace and sustain Elixir’s core values and competencies
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in product marketing PMM role
- Experience with at least 3 B2B SaaS software vendors that provided strategic enterprise applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Pragmatic Institute Product Management certification or open to getting certified
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- CCM and/or CX market experience (preferred)
- Experience with Agile Product Development frameworks (preferred)
- Hands on product demo ability and deep technical understanding in a regulated market with technical buyers
- Experience with product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing, packaging, and product launches
- Comfortable partnering closely with Product, Sales, Alliances, Solution Engineers, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation
- Strong storytelling, verbal and written communication skills
- Data-oriented: experience leveraging data and insights to drive decisions
- Organized: ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects
- Passionate about technology and able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
- Ambitious, able to operate between strategy and micro-detail
- Team player able to collaborate across multiple disciplines
- Optional: knowledge of Document Output Management and/or Customer Communication Management competitive landscape
