About the role
- Manage expense notes and ensure policy compliance
- Prepare cash flow projections to support business sustainability
- Oversee tax filings and coordinate with external advisors
- Post supplier invoices and track invoice receipt
- Liaise with banks, consultancies, and tax advisors
- Preparation of month and annual closing and reports
- Support payroll follow-up and ensure accurate accounting entries
- Collaborate across departments and act as financial liaison to external advisors, managers, and legal teams
- Report to the Accounting Director EU and functionally to the Chief Finance Officer Europe
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
