About the role

  • Plan and build growth together with customers and specialists in the Energy and Circularity business
  • Support customers in developing their investments projects together with sales and technology specialists
  • Build trust as a project development advisor and specialist
  • Develop and validate value proposals among customers and partners
  • Present solutions and value add in conferences and customer meets
  • Proactively develop a network of project developers and financiers understanding their needs and targets
  • Report to the Director - Strategy, R&D and Business Development in Energy and Circularity Business Unit

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience, such as project development or project sales/procurement in relevant industry
  • Relevant educational background (e.g. higher university degree in economics, energy, or industrial engineering and management)
  • Relevant industry experience, e.g. energy, waste-to-energy or process industries
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts for project deliveries (sales or procurement)
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and capability to work independently
  • Strong competence in investment and financing models
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills; other languages are considered as an advantage
  • Strong teamwork skills in diverse teams
  • A business-oriented mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and develop
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
