Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a large global company
- Deep expertise in recruitment—you consider yourself a specialist
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures in a matrix environment
- Fluent in Finnish and English; additional languages (especially French or Swedish) are a plus
- Advanced degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
