About the role

  • Create, maintain and review information on all IT Project demands and approved projects
  • Oversee the entire IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and dependencies, providing actionable insights
  • Plan and implement metrics relating to IT project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Areas and IT teams for transparency and effective governance
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT project portfolio management processes and tools

Requirements

  • M.Sc./B.Sc. level degree in Computer Science, Information systems or another applicable field
  • 5+ years experience working with both demand and project portfolio management in IT or business context
  • Experience in process design and documentation
  • Good knowledge of ITMS/portfolio management tools
  • Reporting, presentation, and financial analysis skills
  • Project management skills
  • Service and collaboration mindset with big-picture view
  • Good social skills and ability to cooperate with a larger number of stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver results
  • Fluent written and spoken English
