About the role
- Managing export shipments: Booking shipments through Valmet’s transport system
- Preparing shipping documents (ERP: Infor LN or M3)
- Handling equipment orders and managing team emails and support requests
- Providing customer service and supporting Sales throughout all outbound logistics phases
- Processing freight invoices and domestic freight bookings
- Creating and managing purchase orders: Monitoring delivery schedules, managing item data, and checking invoice errors
- Using ERP systems: Learning and working with ERP systems
- Assisting in material handling and maintaining supply chain order
- Picking parts for assembly, shelving products, and performing inventory checks.
Requirements
- Studying engineering, business administration, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Good basic IT skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Eager to learn new systems
- Service-minded attitude
- Attention to detail
