About the role
- Handle employment contracts, including summer trainee contracts, and manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle
- Write employment certificates, assist with various projects, and support other operational HR tasks
- Support various payroll tasks and working time & attendance tasks
- Work with a variety of coordination, communication and preparation tasks across several development areas
- Assist with leadership development activities, training programs, eLearning updates and Workday related tasks
- Support processes and programs that ensure employees are rewarded and recognized correctly and consistently across countries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- A passion for learning new HR skills and a systematic, organized approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in common MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HR systems like Workday and Nepton are seen as an advantage
- Fluent English skills both spoken and written
- Fluent Finnish skills both spoken and written in some of the roles
