About the role

  • Handle employment contracts, including summer trainee contracts, and manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle
  • Write employment certificates, assist with various projects, and support other operational HR tasks
  • Support various payroll tasks and working time & attendance tasks
  • Work with a variety of coordination, communication and preparation tasks across several development areas
  • Assist with leadership development activities, training programs, eLearning updates and Workday related tasks
  • Support processes and programs that ensure employees are rewarded and recognized correctly and consistently across countries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • A passion for learning new HR skills and a systematic, organized approach to work
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficiency in common MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of HR systems like Workday and Nepton are seen as an advantage
  • Fluent English skills both spoken and written
  • Fluent Finnish skills both spoken and written in some of the roles
