Account Executive

• Own the sales process from qualified opportunity to close for ValiMail solutions within DigiCert customer accounts
• Engage with inbound and SDR-qualified opportunities rather than cold outbound prospecting
• Conduct discovery to understand customer email infrastructure, security posture, and DMARC maturity
• Position Valimail’s value proposition as a natural extension of customers’ existing DigiCert investment
• Manage a high-volume pipeline while also navigating longer, more complex enterprise deal cycles
• Collaborate closely with SDRs to ensure clean handoffs, strong opportunity qualification, and consistent follow-up
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce
• Participate in enablement sessions, playbook execution, and ongoing process refinement for the cross-sell motion
• Occasionally support joint customer calls or initiatives with DigiCert stakeholders

Sales Engineer

• Serve as a primary technical resource supporting new logo, expansion and renewal sales cycles
• Conduct tailored product demos, domain analyses, and technical deep-dives that showcase the value of our email security platform to prospective customers
• Collaborate closely with Account Management and Product to relay customer feedback and advocate for features and enhancements that improve user experience and adoption
• Develop and deliver technical documentation content to support customer onboarding and education as well as Sales team onboarding and continuing education on the product and the competitive landscape
• Contribute to industry events, webinars, and public-facing thought leadership in partnership with the Marketing and Advocacy teams
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on DMARC and other authentication technologies, threat trends, and integration strategies across complex enterprise environments
• Serve as a key company contact for security-related inquiries, including completing security questionnaires for potential clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to support current security certifications and pursue future ones like FedRamp renewals.

• Build and scale GTM automation: Design, implement, and maintain workflows that drive pipeline generation and account engagement across GTM platforms.
• Operationalize attribution and routing logic: Translate strategic GTM models into production systems for accurate lead tracking, scoring, and hand-offs.
• Integrate data and AI: Incorporate predictive and AI-driven components into attribution, scoring, and enrichment workflows.
• Enable cross-sell and partner programs: Build data and automation frameworks that support the DigiCert partnership and other channel motions.
• Monitor and improve performance: Define KPIs, instrument workflows for visibility, and continuously iterate based on data and results.
• Document and standardize: Establish clear documentation and repeatable processes to scale GTM program operations.
