About the role
- Support the evolution of product, customer, and consumer strategies
- Influence growth through new ways of working
- Strengthen relationships and drive commercial success
- Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams on channel strategies
- Work with R&D and Operations for product development
- Involve in forecasting, planning, and supporting high-impact campaigns
Requirements
- Understands customer needs and links the benefits of the company’s proposal to meet those needs
- Identifies and qualifies the variables and possibilities for the negotiation
- Adopts a learning approach to development
- Basic operational understanding of customer, channel and market
- Good understanding of the key POP initiatives that affect Valeo presence with the customer / consumer
