About the role
- Own Valdera’s product positioning and messaging across buyer personas and market segments
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major feature releases, including drafting and sending launch emails
- Create and maintain sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, product guides, and objection handling docs
- Manage Valdera’s LinkedIn account, maintaining an active presence with regular posts that build brand awareness and engage target buyers
- Own end-to-end planning and execution for conferences and trade shows, including booth design, swag, signage, and all event deliverables
- Coordinate with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and reference stories that support the sales process
- Coordinate with third-party agencies and freelancers to produce webinars, videos, whitepapers, and other marketing content
- Write, ghostwrite, and coordinate writers for blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and product-focused content
- Keep the Valdera website up to date with current messaging, product information, and new content
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in product marketing, management consulting, or a high-output generalist role at a fast-paced company — we care about sharp thinking, strong writing, and the drive to figure things out
- Strong strategic thinker; able to build a marketing strategy framework from the ground up and execute on it
- Excellent writing skills with experience producing sales collateral, website content, and/or customer-facing messaging
- Strong project management skills and the ability to context-switch between strategic and tactical work throughout the day
- Experience managing event and travel logistics and owning them end to end
- Willingness to travel to attend conferences and events as needed
- You thrive in ambiguity and are excited by the idea of being the first hire to build the function
- B2B SaaS, technology, procurement, and/or chemical experience is a plus but not require.
