About the role
- Inbound & outbound customer communication via phone and email, in English and Spanish.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, and claims.
- Contact customers regarding renewals and payment reminders.
- Contact carriers to obtain policy information and resolve issues.
- Handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other similar or related tasks.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in remote, customer-facing Insurance work with US/Canadian clients.
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as AMS360 or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up), and backup connection.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
