About the role
- Support New Business and Strategic Bids – Bringing your knowledge, insight and buy-side perspective to how we present and position Totara
- Drive Customer Success and Upsell Potential – Working with Customer Success colleagues as a L&D and LMS expert to supplement their knowledge with key customer discussions
- Support and Enable the Totara Partner Network – Supporting larger partners, including GSI’s (Global System Integrators) as they build their expertise with Totara
- Showcase Product Expertise and Leadership – At internal and external events as a Totara SME and Champion
- Own and Evolve Demo Environments – Leading the work to improve how we showcase the power of Totara to new and existing customers
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Totara administrator, L&D systems owner, learning consultant, or similar.
- Familiarity with configuring Totara Learn, Perform, and/or Engage in real-world contexts.
- Strong communication with stakeholders across all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills and platform configuration ability.
- Consultative, curious, and empathetic qualities.
