Business Development Rep

• Support the CEO in executing Vaiie's business development and growth strategy
• Identify and research prospective clients across trust, corporate services, funds, legal, family office and financial services sectors
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and telephone engagement
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations and follow-up activities
• Prepare meeting briefs, prospect research and supporting materials for client engagements
• Attend sales meetings and demonstrations, documenting actions and next steps
• Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring opportunities, contacts and activities remain accurate and up to date
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, commercial documentation and RFP responses
• Track sales performance, pipeline metrics and commercial KPIs
• Assist with event planning, sponsorship opportunities and industry networking activities
• Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and content initiatives
• Develop a strong understanding of Vaiie's products, market positioning and value proposition

• Work with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities
• Manage the delivery of product features and enhancements from planning through to deployment
• Translate product requirements into clear, achievable delivery plans and sprint objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, design and client success
• Ensure high quality delivery against agreed milestones and KPIs
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks and dependencies, communicating updates across the business
• Work closely with the COO and CTO to balance roadmap priorities with technical capacity
• Support Agile processes, running stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, documentation and communication processes
• Ensure releases align with compliance and security standards (ISO 27001 and SaaS best practices)
