About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities
Manage the delivery of product features and enhancements from planning through to deployment
Translate product requirements into clear, achievable delivery plans and sprint objectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, QA, design and client success
Ensure high quality delivery against agreed milestones and KPIs
Maintain visibility of progress, risks and dependencies, communicating updates across the business
Work closely with the COO and CTO to balance roadmap priorities with technical capacity
Support Agile processes, running stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Continuously improve delivery frameworks, documentation and communication processes
Ensure releases align with compliance and security standards (ISO 27001 and SaaS best practices)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in software delivery, product management or operations
A problem solving mindset, taking ownership of challenges and finding pragmatic solutions
Strong understanding of SaaS or web application development lifecycles
Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in an Agile environment
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs
Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or similar
Experience in RegTech, FinTech or compliance-driven technology sectors
Knowledge of KYC, AML or identity verification workflows
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and modern DevOps practices
Certification in Agile, Scrum or project management (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile)
