About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the CEO in executing Vaiie's business development and growth strategy
- Identify and research prospective clients across trust, corporate services, funds, legal, family office and financial services sectors
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and telephone engagement
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations and follow-up activities
- Prepare meeting briefs, prospect research and supporting materials for client engagements
- Attend sales meetings and demonstrations, documenting actions and next steps
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring opportunities, contacts and activities remain accurate and up to date
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, commercial documentation and RFP responses
- Track sales performance, pipeline metrics and commercial KPIs
- Assist with event planning, sponsorship opportunities and industry networking activities
- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and content initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of Vaiie's products, market positioning and value proposition
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years' experience in business development, sales, account management or a commercial support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong research and prospecting capabilities
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in technology and SaaS solutions
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software
- Experience within financial services, technology, SaaS, FinTech or RegTech (desirable)
- Understanding of client onboarding, KYC, AML or compliance processes (desirable)
- Experience supporting product demonstrations or sales presentations (desirable)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement tools (desirable)
- Knowledge of offshore financial centres including Jersey, Guernsey or Cayman Islands (desirable)
