About the role
- Outreach across UK Beauty/Salon, Fitness and Wellness communities to highlight Vagaro's software benefits.
- Win Regional & Mid-Market business in territory by developing pipeline and closing leads generated via sales & marketing strategies.
- Engage with key decision-makers, educate them about Vagaro's solutions, and move prospects through the sales funnel to a contracted sale.
- High levels of cold calling in key towns and cities, building rapport and booking demonstrations.
- Deliver powerful, value-led software demonstrations and move opportunities from demo to close.
- Conduct research to identify and qualify Mid-Market clients in the salon, spa, and fitness industry within sales territory.
- Utilize channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, field days, partner days, and networking to generate leads.
- Represent Vagaro at trade shows & industry events and build the company's reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in Salesforce.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance prospecting strategies.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of sales messaging and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-years +) in sales winning new business within SaaS / Technology sectors.
- Outstanding track record of winning high value contracted new business and consistently exceeding sales & performance targets.
- Passion and understanding of the beauty, wellness, and fitness industry is significant plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, meeting, and exceeding targets.
- High technical understanding and excellent presentations skills combining in delivering impactful and interactive software demonstrations.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales productivity tools such as Outreach, Salesloft or Zoominfo.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
