Drive new business growth and expand Red Oak’s footprint within the financial services industry.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless buyer experience.
Lead contract initiation and execution with clients and external partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue targets; take corrective action when performance is below expectations.
Maintain a deep understanding of Red Oak’s expanding product portfolio and effectively position solutions against competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, compliance officers, and technology leaders.
Represent Red Oak at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with experience in financial services or compliance technology.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive the sales process from plan to close.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated success in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions in a competitive market.
Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance requirements, and SaaS business models.
Self-starter with a high level of accountability, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
