About the role

  • Drive new business growth and expand Red Oak’s footprint within the financial services industry.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless buyer experience.
  • Lead contract initiation and execution with clients and external partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue targets; take corrective action when performance is below expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Red Oak’s expanding product portfolio and effectively position solutions against competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, compliance officers, and technology leaders.
  • Represent Red Oak at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with experience in financial services or compliance technology.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions in a competitive market.
  • Familiarity with financial services workflows, compliance requirements, and SaaS business models.
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
