• Work effectively with a geographically distributed engineering team and cross-functional partners in a continuously evolving environment.

• Own backend services end-to-end within your domain, acting as the internal expert on their intent, design, lifecycle, and evolution—including enhancement, refactoring, and deprecation.

• Responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth for a large volume of customers through automated engagements, data-driven insights, and scalable resources.
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of self-service client resources, touch points, and communication cadences.
• Partner with Account Managers to provide client support across key account segments. Includes leading client success reviews for certain clients, managing the success program for designated clients.
• Churn Mitigation and Client Health Monitoring: Responsible for proactively monitoring client engagement, satisfaction, and product usage to identify accounts that may be at risk of churn. Develop and execute account-specific plans to address risks, support client goals, and improve the overall health of each relationship.
• Renewal Strategy and Execution: Own the 120-day renewal planning process for assigned accounts. Collaborate with AMs and cross-functional teams to ensure timely preparation and execution of renewal strategies, helping secure contract renewals and maximize client retention.
• Operational Reviews and Communication: Lead and document operational business reviews with clients, ensuring regular, structured touchpoints to evaluate progress, align goals, and identify opportunities for added value.
• Client Advocacy and Enablement: Act as a dedicated client advocate, ensuring that client needs and feedback are represented internally across product, support, and leadership teams.

Strategic Partnerships Lead

Paralegal

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, and partnership agreements. Maintain a contract repository and track key dates and renewal terms.
• Own and maintain all employee-facing documents including Invention Assignment, AI Acceptable Use Policy, Employee Ownership Program and more. Ensure that the most recent versions are signed and saved.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external legal counsel. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for outsourced legal work.
• Support board meeting preparation, maintain corporate records, manage entity filings, and assist with corporate housekeeping across Red Oak's entity structure.
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions — organizing data rooms, tracking document requests, and coordinating with outside counsel.

• Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery through delivery — for our Compliance solution. Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities based on client impact, technical feasibility, regulatory risk, and business value.
• Define, track, and communicate success metrics for AI features: accuracy, adoption, time-to-insight, exception rates, and model drift.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with wealth managers, compliance officers, sales, and technology buyers to understand their workflows, pain points, and AI readiness. Translate client needs into clear product direction — including PRDs, opportunity assessments, and executive-ready narratives.
• Champion responsible AI practices in client conversations — addressing bias, hallucination risk, data privacy, and auditability proactively. Design for human-in-the-loop workflows where AI accelerates and humans supervise.
• Partner with engineering to shape AI system design and ensure requirements are technically grounded. Collaborate with design to create AI-native UX patterns with appropriate confidence indicators, exception queues, override controls, and audit trails.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to position AI capabilities competitively, enable the field, and support enterprise deals involving AI use cases.
