• Lead hands-on implementation of Pendo for at least one product.
• Develop training, documentation, and playbooks to enable peers to implement Pendo successfully across other products.
• Collaborate/partner with peer Product Managers and Engineering in the effective use of Jira and Confluence.
• Design, document, and continuously improve the most critical agile ceremonies.
• Establish scalable, lightweight common practices across multiple products where appropriate.
• Create custom GPTs and lightweight automations to improve documentation, analysis, and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively evolve processes.
• Build repeatable playbooks that scale with company growth.

• Own the infrastructure of Revenue Operations
• Manage a Salesforce instance with clean data and documented processes
• Lead revenue forecasting cadence with Sales leadership
• Partner with Finance on annual planning
• Define and maintain rules of engagement between Sales, CS, and Marketing
• Manage RevOps vendor relationships and budget
• Develop quota models and territory designs for Finance and Sales
• Establish a RevOps function that is documented, scalable, and resilient to personnel changes
