• Partner with Account Managers to provide strategic client support across Wealth Management and Investment Company segments, including leading monthly client success reviews and managing success programs for designated clients
• Conduct quarterly success reviews for Tier 1 clients and support Tier 2 renewal processes by request
• Proactively monitor client engagement, satisfaction, and product usage to identify accounts at risk of churn and develop account-specific mitigation plans
• Own the 120-day renewal planning process for assigned accounts and collaborate with AMs and cross-functional teams to execute renewal strategies

Client Success Specialist

• Report to Marketing and help design and deliver scalable enablement programs that drive sales productivity and revenue growth.
• Partner with Product Marketing and internal subject matter experts to create engaging training content on product value propositions and competitive positioning.
• Build and manage sales training curriculum emphasizing cross-selling across the product suite; design, launch, and manage sales certification programs.
• Own onboarding for new sales hires and deliver ongoing training sessions, workshops, and enablement events.
• Sit in on customer calls and review Gong data to capture insights, provide coaching, and bring real-world examples into training.
• Facilitate win rooms and pipeline review sessions and reinforce sales process adherence through training and coaching.
• Manage and maintain a centralized enablement content library (playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, training decks, recordings) and drive adoption of enablement tools.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to align training with sales process, CRM best practices, and pipeline management standards; track participation and certification completion rates.

Director of Sales

Marketing Operations

• Support the execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing programs and processes that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Assist in managing and maintaining marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and integrations with Salesforce.
• Support data hygiene, list uploads, and campaign set-up to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.
• Partner with Marketing to track and report on campaign performance and monitor lead scoring, routing, and campaign attribution processes.
• Build dashboards and reports in Salesforce and/or BI tools to measure lead flow, funnel conversion, and ROI.
• Ensure marketing data accuracy by running regular audits and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support pipeline analysis, marketing contribution reporting, and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Marketing Operations Analyst

Engineering Manager

• Direct product development teams in the delivery of software supporting the company’s products
• Work in a fast paced, agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders and Product Management
• Manage delivery of initiatives and sprints based on the Product Roadmap
• Translate business objectives clearly and develop team strategies to support them
• Establish best practices for frontend software development at Red Oak
• Coordinate development, test, and production release of new features
• Coordinate maintenance activities required to support existing features
• Research and recommend software products to support new development
• Track and report on key performance indicators and metrics for all phases of delivery and continuous improvement
• Escalate issues, risks, and changes in a timely, structured manner
• Identify process gaps and build capabilities to grow and improve
• Collaborate with senior staff and architects on continually improving systems architecture

Security Engineer

• Own Red Oak’s SOC 2 Type II audit program, including control definition, gap assessments, evidence gathering, and renewals.
• Respond to customer RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor risk reviews.
• Guide implementation and alignment with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and GDPR/CCPA.
• Maintain and evolve security policies, training programs, and internal documentation.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, and Engineering to ensure contractual and regulatory security obligations are met.
• Lead vulnerability management, penetration testing coordination, and threat modeling efforts.
• Monitor security risks across infrastructure, application, and third-party services.
• Build or integrate a lightweight Security Operations Center (SOC) model, including incident response playbooks and post-incident analysis.
• Drive adoption of security automation, alerting, and monitoring tools.
• Partner with Engineering on secure development practices, including code reviews, dependency scanning, and CI/CD hardening.
• Participate in architecture reviews to ensure secure-by-default system design.
• Help enforce PII handling standards, encryption policies, and access controls in line with privacy regulations.
• Define and evolve Red Oak’s security roadmap, including tool selection, team growth, and control maturity.
• Track and report on key security KPIs and represent security posture to customers, partners, and executives.
• Build and lead a security team over time as business needs grow.

Head of Information Security

Account Executive

• Drive new business growth and expand Red Oak’s footprint within the financial services industry.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless buyer experience.
• Lead contract initiation and execution with clients and external partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue targets; take corrective action when performance is below expectations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Red Oak’s expanding product portfolio and effectively position solutions against competitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, compliance officers, and technology leaders.
• Represent Red Oak at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
