About the role
- Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
- Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases (Amazon Case Management).
- Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders (Inventory Management).
- Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance (Competitor Analysis).
- Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers (e.g., China, Alibaba, DH Gate, AliExpress).
- Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements (Product Listing & Listing Optimization).
- Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained (Customer Service, Account Health).
- Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health (Reports Generation).
- Promote listings by creating discounts and manage branded product listings.
Requirements
- High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Preferably w/ Amazon experience (background in Logistics & Supplier Management).
- With a background in Finance is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
- Available for full-time work.
- Main Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent; RAM: 8 GB or higher; Storage: Minimum of 112 GB; Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
- Backup Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent; RAM: Minimum 4 GB; Storage: Minimum of 112 GB; Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
