About the role
- Manage billing and invoicing using billing software (e.g., Xero)
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot) and customer records
- Build and manage automations (Zapier, N8N) to streamline workflows
- Handle compliance, contracts, and document management
- Create dashboards and reports to track team performance
- Support administrative and virtual assistant tasks for a health and fitness company
Requirements
- Experience with billing software (e.g. Xero or similar)
