• Design and build high-converting email campaigns and templates using Klaviyo
• Create, manage, and optimize automated email flows (e.g., Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back)
• Leverage Claude AI to generate and refine email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and other campaign content
• Segment customer lists and personalize campaigns to enhance engagement
• Conduct A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates
• Analyze email analytics and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and revenue generation
• Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and consistent with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
• Maintain email list hygiene and follow email marketing best practices
