About the role

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Serving as primary point of contact for our Affinity Partnerships.
  • Growth & Performance: Driving profitable growth and customer acquisition by identifying and optimizing the most effective marketing and sales channels within each partnership.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the launch and scaling of new large-scale, National corporate partnership relationships.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Liaising with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives are supported by accurate briefs, playbooks and technical integrations.
  • Commercial Oversight: Working closely with the Director to manage contract renewals and oversee performance reporting.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a "mystery shopper” and champion to ensure the UW brand is represented accurately and effectively across all partnership touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Extensive Partnership experience: Proven track record in managing complex, multi-layered commercial partnerships, ideally within a regulated space such as financial services.
  • Channel Marketing Experience: Deep understanding of how to stay “front of mind” within partnership relationships through digital journey, mailers, and event-based marketing.
  • Stakeholder influence: The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally & externally.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience in contract negotiation and a data-driven approach to performance tracking and ROI.
  • Operational Agility: A self-starter with the ability to build playbooks & documentation from scratch, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail: You’ll be in the detail and be prepared to get stuck into process, analysis and administration work.
  • Mobility: A willingness to travel nationally to nurture relationships and develop longer-term strategic plans on site.
