About the role
- Provide high-quality service and handle customer inquiries.
- Take inbound First Notice of Loss calls for claims related to Auto, Property, Workers' Compensation, and Liability.
- Maintain accurate policy / claim documentation and update customer records.
- Route calls appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders for information gathering.
- Foster positive customer relations across departments.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Manage third-party inquiries using internal systems.
- Perform other duties and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirable.
- Less than 2 years in an agency or insurance company preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability.
