About the role

  • Provide analytical, operations, and systems support for health & welfare and retirement benefits programs
  • Support HR and Total Rewards operations through benefits administration and compliance activities
  • Manage vendor data management, reporting, and audits
  • Administer retirement programs including 401(k) profit sharing and defined benefit pension plan
  • Coordinate eligibility, enrollments, contributions, and distributions
  • Assist with nondiscrimination testing, audits, Form 5500 filing, and plan compliance
  • Liaise with recordkeepers, actuaries, auditors, and third-party administrators
  • Support open enrollment setup, audits, and data issue resolution
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems including HRIS and performance management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HRIS, benefits and retirement plan administration experience required
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
  • Knowledge of ERISA and benefits compliance requirements
  • Experience managing vendor data files and system integrations required
  • Experience with UKG, PeopleFluent Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), SHRM-CP, or related certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
