About the role
- Provide analytical, operations, and systems support for health & welfare and retirement benefits programs
- Support HR and Total Rewards operations through benefits administration and compliance activities
- Manage vendor data management, reporting, and audits
- Administer retirement programs including 401(k) profit sharing and defined benefit pension plan
- Coordinate eligibility, enrollments, contributions, and distributions
- Assist with nondiscrimination testing, audits, Form 5500 filing, and plan compliance
- Liaise with recordkeepers, actuaries, auditors, and third-party administrators
- Support open enrollment setup, audits, and data issue resolution
- Maintain and optimize HR systems including HRIS and performance management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HRIS, benefits and retirement plan administration experience required
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
- Knowledge of ERISA and benefits compliance requirements
- Experience managing vendor data files and system integrations required
- Experience with UKG, PeopleFluent Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), SHRM-CP, or related certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
