Own customer implementations from discovery through go-live
Develop clear solution and technical documentation
Implement software solutions addressing diverse business needs
Engage with Technical Success Managers and Account Executives
Lead scope definition, requirements analysis, and application configurations
Provide hands-on technical implementation across multiple engagements
Participate in customer-facing activities including discovery sessions and demos
Share knowledge and best practices with peers
Track product gaps and collaborate with Product and Engineering
Complete weekly time tracking and timesheet submissions
Allocate time to client-facing meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and or Engineering.
4+ years of experience in a technical consulting role or SaaS enterprise solutions company
Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS or equivalent)
Strong experience with APIs, scripting, and data transformations; familiarity with JavaScript and/or Python preferred
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, startup environment
Customer-first mindset with experience aligning solutions to business outcomes
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Passion for technology and part of a fast-growing SaaS startup
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Knowledge of software testing and debugging tools
