Provide engineering support within a plant manufacturing environment for one or two terms
Assist with the planning and implementation of capital projects to improve employee safety, production efficiencies or product quality
Work in a hands-on role to gain a broad view of manufacturing and exposure to multi-disciplinary work at various stages of projects
Complete real assignments with high visibility and responsibility that impact the facility
Collaborate with plant teams to execute capital and improvement projects
Requirements
Students must have completed at least the first term of their sophomore year in school to be eligible
Co-op students must be pursuing an engineering degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial or Engineering Management
Minimum GPA of 2.75 required
Applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Ability to work at USG manufacturing locations across the U.S.
