💰 $64,000 - $74,000 per year
About the role
- Three-year EDGE rotational program to accelerate professional growth of future people leaders and technical experts
- Four to five rotations (three required core six-month rotations, one elective six-month rotation, one twelve-month capstone in plant supervision)
- Rotations focused in operations engineering, planning and materials, industrialization, quality or manufacturing engineering, strategic sourcing, and logistics
- At least one major relocation to a new US-based site required to graduate
- Most roles are in-person in manufacturing sites; some business-focused rotations may be hybrid
- Individualized training and mentoring, development conversations with program manager, and promotion into a longer-term role upon graduation
- Develop skills in data analysis, project management and people leadership
- Monetary relocation assistance provided during each rotation
- Work according to Rockwell’s hybrid policy (expected onsite Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university
- Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program
- Legal authorization to work in the US; employer will not sponsor visas
- GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred)
- Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related areas (preferred)
- Previous applicable co-op or intern experience (preferred)
- Proven teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills including an attention to detail
