About the role

  • establish strategic partnerships and maintains effective relationships as a primary liaison between Corporate Real Estate and assigned business unit(s)
  • provides critical organizational level analyses, consultative mentorship, and expertise in facilitating and resolving sophisticated business problems related to Real Estate, Workplace, and Employee Services
  • leads development of effective and appropriate solutions to drive business unit success
  • accountable for providing thought leadership to drive real estate portfolio strategy solutions
  • collaborates and consults with key Association business partners in HR, Technology, and Finance to integrate strategic real estate solutions with financial and operational planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 8 or more years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, Business Development, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams across geographical boundaries or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated experience communicating and influencing executive management and cross-functional teams with long-range thinking
  • Demonstrated experience with market analysis, strategy definition, and execution
  • Extensive experience leading complex projects with significant number of deliverables and dependencies across organization
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience developing and managing budgets
