About the role
- establish strategic partnerships and maintains effective relationships as a primary liaison between Corporate Real Estate and assigned business unit(s)
- provides critical organizational level analyses, consultative mentorship, and expertise in facilitating and resolving sophisticated business problems related to Real Estate, Workplace, and Employee Services
- leads development of effective and appropriate solutions to drive business unit success
- accountable for providing thought leadership to drive real estate portfolio strategy solutions
- collaborates and consults with key Association business partners in HR, Technology, and Finance to integrate strategic real estate solutions with financial and operational planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, Business Development, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams across geographical boundaries or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
- Demonstrated experience communicating and influencing executive management and cross-functional teams with long-range thinking
- Demonstrated experience with market analysis, strategy definition, and execution
- Extensive experience leading complex projects with significant number of deliverables and dependencies across organization
- Strong financial acumen, including experience developing and managing budgets
