About the role
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with a focus on converting interest into enrollments.
- Manage customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring every family feels valued.
- Share successful enrollment techniques and tips with our CSR team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up proactively with prospective leads.
- Proactively reach out to and build long-term partnerships with local schools, preschools, and community groups.
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for water safety presentations and local events.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred)
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic technology
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)
