• Act as on-deck supervisor 3–4 evenings per week; resolve instructor, parent, or facility issues in real time.
• Make meaningful connections with parents and students.
• Enforce British Swim School safety protocols and water-survival curriculum.
• Step in to teach or be the lifeguard on duty when gaps appear.
• Encourage reviews and referrals during parent interactions.
• Process enrollments, transfers, cancels, and makeup requests in Jackrabbit.
• Answer calls, texts, and emails during office hours (Mon–Fri 12 pm–4 pm) and log all interactions.
• Call, text, or email every new web/Facebook/phone inquiry within 15 minutes.
• Follow our proven British Swim School sales script to close the sale.
• Log all contacts and track lead stage in the CRM so we can measure conversion rates.
• Build staff schedules, track time-off requests, and approve pay hours.
• Lead monthly in-service; coach instructors on lesson quality and parent communication.
• Maintain digital files for lifeguard/CPR credentials and schedule renewals.
• Represent the school at local events; gather photos and stories for marketing.
