About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as on-deck supervisor 3–4 evenings per week; resolve instructor, parent, or facility issues in real time.
Make meaningful connections with parents and students.
Enforce British Swim School safety protocols and water-survival curriculum.
Step in to teach or be the lifeguard on duty when gaps appear.
Encourage reviews and referrals during parent interactions.
Process enrollments, transfers, cancels, and makeup requests in Jackrabbit.
Answer calls, texts, and emails during office hours (Mon–Fri 12 pm–4 pm) and log all interactions.
Call, text, or email every new web/Facebook/phone inquiry within 15 minutes.
Follow our proven British Swim School sales script to close the sale.
Log all contacts and track lead stage in the CRM so we can measure conversion rates.
Build staff schedules, track time-off requests, and approve pay hours.
Lead monthly in-service; coach instructors on lesson quality and parent communication.
Maintain digital files for lifeguard/CPR credentials and schedule renewals.
Represent the school at local events; gather photos and stories for marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High-school diploma or GED and 18 + years of age.
2 + years in customer-facing roles; 1 + year supervising or leading a small team.
Solid computer skills: Gmail, spreadsheets, and scheduling software (we train on Jackrabbit).
Evening and weekend availability; reliable transport between Grand Prairie and Arlington.
Comfortable in and around water; able to lift 25 lb and be on your feet for long periods.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Aquatics or youth-program experience preferred.
Previous teaching experience preferred.
Familiar with AI tools preferred.
Current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid (or willingness to certify within 30 days) preferred.
