Requirements
- 2+ years IT support experience
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Skilled in Windows and macOS
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Familiar with Active Directory, endpoint security
- Strong troubleshooting ability
