About the role
- Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and service excellence
- Upsell, cross-sell, and create new sales opportunities from inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls for new customer acquisition and lead generation
- Convert sales opportunities into confirmed bookings while fostering loyalty
- Keep accurate reporting across multiple systems
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Requirements
- Fluent-level English (C2) with excellent grammar and communication skills
- 2+ years of sales experience (inbound and/or outbound), preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers
- Proven ability in cold calling, upselling, or customer acquisition
- Strong multitasking and reporting skills
- Availability to work at least two weekends per month
- Stable broadband internet (LAN connection required)
- Desktop/laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+) with minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
- Wired USB headset
