About the role

  • Utilize driver data to understand driver behavior and areas for improvement in our driver communication and incentive programs that will provide better supply coverage through scheduling.
  • Develop & Optimize all Processes as they relate to Scheduling.
  • Manage driver relationships, identify & attack problem areas for drivers to encourage better driver retention and engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day issues of hundreds/thousands of drivers on our system.
  • Take ownership of the schedule to help ensure Uride’s growth in our existing and expansion markets. This means doing whatever it takes to get coverage where it needs to be.
  • The Employer and employee will discuss and set KPI’s per market based on individual market needs.

Requirements

  • Planning and monitoring
