About the role
- Deliver exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email and chat
- Communicate with new and potential customers and guide customers through the shopping experience
- Answer order questions and support the team to build a successful brand
- Meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance customer relationships
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
- Report to the Customer Success Supervisor
- Role hired initially as a temp role with opportunity for permanent offer after 3 months if SLAs met
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers and product
- Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
- Must be able to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM
- Associate must perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
- Availability Monday thru Friday 2pm-10pm EST
- Ability to communicate via telephone, email and chat
