  • Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone
  • Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Sustain daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting and supporting scheduling
  • Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities

Requirements

  • 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
  • Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
