About the role
- Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience
- Deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while shaping a strong store culture founded on fitness, wellness and happiness
- Advocate for technology usage and train the team
- Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection
- Collaborate with the store team and Home Office on fitness connections and event programming
- Continuously talent plan and hire exceptional people
- Participate as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement
- Prioritize employee development to ensure team expertise on product fit
Requirements
- 2+ years store leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
