  • Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display
  • Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
  • Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives
  • Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting
  • Supports the Store Manager in developing event programming
  • Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience
  • Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards
  • Participates as the manager-on-duty
  • Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities within product placement
  • Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing and restocking

Requirements

  • 1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
  • Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
