- Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store
- Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service
- Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events
- Actively participates leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone
- Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
- Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives
- Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes
- Provides feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation
Requirements
- Anthro brand fan
- 1+ years of retail leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
