About the role
- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with candidate experience in mind
- Recruit across roles such as Supply Chain Management, Global Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Program Management (experience in IT or G&A roles strongly preferred)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies for both short-term hiring needs and long-term workforce planning
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand functional requirements, organizational design, and role expectations, translating those into tailored recruiting strategies and interview plans
- Screen and assess candidates for both functional excellence (supply chain fundamentals, execution, scale, and risk management) and business mindset (cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving)
- Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing regular updates on pipeline health, market insights, leveling guidance, and hiring progress
- Use data, judgment, and storytelling to influence hiring decisions and improve funnel quality and speed
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable, and inclusive hiring processes
- Collaborate with People Operations partners to support thoughtful organizational design, targeted talent acquisition, and intentional internal mobility
- Serve as an advocate for both candidates and the company, ensuring consistent communication, follow-through, and a best-in-class candidate experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement tools and practices that improve recruiter efficiency and hiring outcomes
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Background recruiting for supply chain, manufacturing, or operations roles within consumer technology, hardware, wearables, medical devices, or related industries
- Proven ability to close senior-level and highly specialized supply chain and operations talent
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing roles, including how to evaluate experience in scaling production, supplier management, cost optimization, and operational readiness
- Demonstrated success using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., GEM), with a track record of driving process improvements
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balance multiple priorities, and partner closely with senior leaders
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Experience coaching hiring managers and supporting long-term, strategic workforce planning
- Demonstrated passion, ownership, and drive, paired with a warm, professional, and candidate-first approach
