About the role
- Serve as the strategic lead and central point of accountability for the DTC/eCommerce roadmap, ensuring milestones are met and cross-functional teams are aligned
- Manage, track, and deliver the eCommerce roadmap ensuring all high priority programs are delivered on-time while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality.
- Build new market entry program plans inclusive of all cross-functional dependencies, such as product and trade compliance, legal regulations, payment method setup, supply chain requirements, and membership experience
- Build and implement repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, and grow the business in a scalable fashion
- Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables. Partner closely with technical program managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of roadmap projects.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data- driven decisions for planning and optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in the eCommerce space with specific experience with high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management
- Must have international expansion experience for a hypergrowth organization
- Experience launching products and sales channels into new, international markets with a deep understanding of requirement gathering and compliance monitoring best practices
- This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team
- Familiarity with eCommerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization.
- PM experience (PMP certification preferred)
- Vast experience managing a D2C/ecommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world
