Collaborate with Oura’s Commerce product and design team to ideate and create content that clearly communicates Oura’s value propositions and ultimately drives revenue
As the champion of copy and content strategy within the Commerce Mission, proactively recommend A/B tests, strategic refinements to existing content, and new ideas for content strategy that drive the business toward key objectives
Expertly manage time and priorities to deliver content drafts on deadline; work cross-functionally to ensure necessary reviews take place in order to deliver final assets on time to developers.
Develop, maintain, and socialize a web content style guide, in partnership with the Senior Product Design Manager and the Copy Lead
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and user research, to ensure cohesive and user-centered designs.
Work closely with the Copy Lead and Creative team to ensure content is a clear extension of the Oura brand’s style and tone
Stay at the forefront of digital content strategy to inspire and drive innovation.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Content Design
Strong expertise in user journey strategy development and integrating user research into design execution
Proven ability to strategically execute content strategy that meets business objectives and drives conversion
Excellent writing, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working within a cross-functional team, ideally at a hyper-growth company
Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in UX writing, design, and e-commerce
